“工业遗产”已作为新时代中国的现实性需要和中华文化的现代性诉求而在公共话语和传播体系中被形塑和激活,并基于“现代性”“创新性”“融通性”阐释和传播科技文明的中国工业贡献和百年求索的中国工业奇迹。同时,中国工业遗产在政策、经济、机制等方面已关联于新时代而型塑较好的国际传播基础,并分别具有和指向7个方面的文化条件及实践路径,还蕴含和构建6大文化价值和4层级目标体系。
Abstract:“Industrial heritage” has been shaped and activated in the public discourse and communication system as a practical need of China in the new era and a demand for modernity of Chinese culture, and has been interpreted and disseminated based on the principles of “modernity”,“innovation” and “integration” to explain and disseminate China's industrial contribution to scientific and technological civilization and China's industrial miracle of a century's search. Based on “modernity”,“innovation” and “integration”,the Chinese industrial contribution of scientific and technological civilization and the Chinese industrial miracle of a hundred years of searching are interpreted and disseminated. Meanwhile, China's industrial heritage has been related to the new era in terms of policy, economy and mechanism, which has shaped a better foundation for international dissemination, has and points to seven cultural conditions and practice paths, and contains and builds six cultural values and a four-level target system.
