20世纪六七十年代，许多小三线企业参照“靠山、分散、隐蔽”的三线建设要求，将工厂建设在偏远闭塞的山区，随着时局的转变，大量小三线企业迁至城市，留下了许多工业遗存。以霍山县诸佛庵镇小三线工业遗存为研究对象，探寻皖西小三线历史沿革，对其选址及空间分布、功能结构进行分析，指出再利用现状并分析原因，从乡村振兴的视角出发，提出工业文化传承传播、丰富乡村生活空间等五个方面的建议，以期为安徽小三线工业遗产开发与利用提供参考。

In the 1960 s and 1970 s, many small third-tier enterprises referred to the three-line construction requirements of “backing, dispersing and concealing” to build factories in remote and isolated mountainous areas, and with the change of the times, a large number of small third-tier enterprises moved to the city, leaving many industrial relics. Taking the remains of the small third-line industry in Foshan County's Zhufo'an Town as the research object, we explore the historical evolution of the small third-line in western Anhui, analyze its site selection, spatial distribution and functional structure, point out the current situation of reuse and analyze the reasons, and from the perspective of rural revitalization, put forward suggestions in five aspects, such as the inheritance and dissemination of industrial culture and the improvement of rural public space, in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of the small third-line industrial heritage in Anhui.
