戏曲作为中华优秀传统文化的重要载体，在新时代文化建设中担负重要使命。人才是戏曲传承创新的关键，院校是开展戏曲人才培养的重要基地。通过文献计量分析与实证调查研究发现，当前院校的戏曲人才培养存在高层次人才培养规模偏小、不同剧种教育资源差异化明显、高水平师资存在流失风险、专业课程体系建设不完善等问题，制约了戏曲传承创新与可持续发展。本文在梳理戏曲人才培养支持政策的基础上，深度剖析院校戏曲人才培养的现状与不足，提出多元协同戏曲人才培养优化路径，包括加强学科专业体系建设、实施师资提升计划、开展教育教学改革、构建人才孵化机制、优化资源支持方式等，以期搭建良好的戏曲人才培育生态，确保戏曲艺术在新时代守正创新、薪火相传。

As an important carrier of China's excellent traditional culture,Chinese traditional opera plays a crucial role in cultural construction in the new era. Talents are the key to the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional opera, and educational institutions serve as important bases for nurturing such talents. Through bibliometric analysis and empirical research,it has been found that the current state of traditional opera talent training in educational institutions of various levels faces issues include a small scale of high-level talent training,significant disparities in educational resources among different types of Chinese traditional opera,the risk of losing high-level teachers and imperfections in the construction of professional curriculum systems,all of which hinder the inheritance,innovation,and sustainable development of Chinese traditional opera. Based on a review of policies supporting the cultivation of traditional opera talents,this paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of traditional opera talent training in educational institutions,and proposes an optimized path for the cultivation of diversified and collaborative traditional opera talents. This includes strengthening the construction of discipline and professional systems,implementing teacher development programs,carrying out education and teaching reforms,building a talent nurturing mechanism,and optimizing resource support models,with the aim of establishing a healthy ecosystem for nurturing Chinese traditional opera talents and ensuring that the art of Chinese traditional opera preserves its essence while innovating and passes down its torch in the new era.
