自19世纪末至20世纪初，罗马尼亚首都布加勒斯特的金融机构经历了显著发展，以历史悠久的罗马尼亚国家银行旧宫为核心，形成了繁荣的金融区。该区域自中世纪起便是商业活动的重要中心。在20世纪初以农业为主导的经济背景下，罗马尼亚首批现代金融机构发挥了关键作用。这些金融机构的建筑不仅具有历史、建筑与艺术价值，更成为布加勒斯特现代城市形象的重要象征。本文聚焦于布加勒斯特现代金融建筑的遗产价值与功能用途，通过历史明信片和照片等视觉资料，系统记录并分析这些建筑的多重价值。基于主题阐释方法，本研究旨在解码这些工业遗产的叙事逻辑，揭示其文化意义。对价值的深入诠释不仅是重建工业遗迹文化特性的有效工具，更能凸显其与布加勒斯特其他文化遗产的关联，共同展现城市丰富的历史积淀与文化内涵，使其与其他欧洲首都城市同放异彩。
Abstract：Since the late 19th century and the first part of the 20th century, the capital city of Romania has experienced a development of financial institutions that formed a strong nucleus around the National Bank Palace, in the historic center, an area characterized by intense commercial activity since the medieval period. The first modern banks in Romania played an important role in dynamizing the national economy, which was predominantly agrarian at the beginning of the 20th century. The buildings of the National Bank and other financial institutions have associated multiple values such as historical, architectural, and artistic, constituting themselves as representative assets for the modern image of Bucharest. The purpose of this article is to analyze the heritage values and functional use of modern financial buildings in Bucharest. From a methodological point of view, the authors use historical postcards and photographs to document the multiple values associated with the old financial buildings, based on a thematic interpretation that allows the decoding of the narrative of these valuable assets of industrial heritage. The interpretation of values represents a tool for reconstructing and promoting the cultural identity of industrial monuments that reflect, along with other cultural objectives, the rich history and culture of Bucharest and place it alongside other European capital cities.
